1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 04:00 PM PKT will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We primarily use reputable courier services such as Leopard Courier, TCS, Trax, Call Courier, or similar partners for deliveries across Pakistan.
Standard Delivery:
Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, Hyderabad, Peshawar, Quetta, etc.): Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Other Cities & Remote Areas: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after dispatch.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service disruptions.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey.
You can typically track your order on the respective courier company's website using the provided tracking ID.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically make 1-2 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package may be returned to us.
If your order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur additional shipping charges.
6. Cash On Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash On Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact amount in the form of cash available at the time of delivery.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date or receipt of the damaged item. We will work with the courier company to resolve the issue promptly and arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.
